1. A tandíj összege tartalmazza a teniszpálya és az edzői díjat
2. A teniszben a pályák időbeni lefoglalása miatt a tandíj az első részvételtől kezdve mindig előre fizetendő, mindig előre megbeszélt intervallumra. Ebben van választási lehetőség. A hosszabb intervallum mindig kedvezményesebb.
3. Egyéni óránál 24 órával az edzés előtti lemondás, betegség esetén aznap reggeli jelzésnél (napközbeni rosszullét esetén) nincs felszámolt tandíj. Pár órával az óra előtt történő lemondásnál a pályadíj, ha nem történik jelzés az óra megkezdéséig, akkor a teljes óradíj kerül levonásra az előre megfizetett összegből.
4. Ha az edző mondja le az órát, telefonon köteles egyeztetni egy esetleges pótlásról. (szerencsére nálunk nem sűrűn fordul elő ilyen)
5. Ha az edző nem mondaná le az órát időben és a vendég megérkezik, várakozna feleslegesen, az edző kompenzálja egy díjmentes órával, a vendéggel egyeztetett időpontban. (Ilyen is csak ritkán fordult elő az elmúlt 20 évben:))
6. Csoportos óránál hiányzások esetén is akár 1 fővel is megtartjuk az órát!Ez azért előnyös, mert így óra soha nem marad el és az egy főre több figyelem jut.
7. Csoportból való aznapi, másnapi hiányzás esetén is, kérjük, jelezzék felénk sms-ben, mert akkor úgy tudjuk szervezni a pótló gyermekeket, hogy kényelmes legyen a létszám pótlókkal is. Ebben az esetben tudjuk a hiányzó gyermek pótlását is biztosítani, megszervezni. Hiányzásokat pótolni lehet egy - a vezetőedzővel egyeztetett - megfelelő csoportban és időpontban, vagy a nyári táborainkban, vagy egyéni órában, az adott tanévben.( pl.4 hiányzás 4 fős óráról = 1 egyéni pótlás)
8. Mindig írjuk a jelenlévők nevét, így pontosan tudjuk a hiányzásokat, a szükséges pótlások számát.
9. Két fős óránál nincs szükség pótlásra, csak meg kell néznünk, hogy mennyit hiányzott az egyik, vagy a másik és annak alapján plusz egyéni órát tartunk.

1. The tuition fee includes the cost of the tennis courts and coaching services.
2. Due to the necessity of scheduling tennis court reservations, tuition fees must be paid in advance from the first participation onward, within prearranged intervals. Various options are available for selection, with longer intervals offering discounts.
3. For individual lessons, cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session incur no charge, while in the case of illness, notification on the morning of the lesson (in the event of daytime illness) exempts the participant from tuition fees. Cancellations made just hours before the lesson result in the deduction of court fees, and failure to provide notice before the lesson commences leads to the deduction of the full tuition fee from the prepaid amount.
4. If the coach cancels a lesson, they are obligated to arrange for a potential makeup session via phone communication. Fortunately, such occurrences are infrequent.
5. In the rare event that the coach fails to cancel a lesson in time, causing the guest to wait unnecessarily, the coach compensates by offering a complimentary lesson at a mutually agreed-upon time with the guest.
6. In group lessons, even if one participant is absent, the lesson may still proceed with one attendee. This practice ensures that no lesson is ever canceled, and each participant receives ample attention.
7. In cases of absence from group sessions, whether on the same day or the following, we kindly request notification via SMS to facilitate the organization of substitute participants, ensuring a comfortable balance of attendees. In such instances, arrangements are made to provide a substitute for the absent child, either within a suitable group and time agreed upon with the head coach, during our summer camps, or in individual lessons within the academic year. (e.g., 4 absences from a 4-person lesson result in 1 individual makeup session)
8. We always maintain a record of attendees' names to accurately track absences and determine the necessary makeup sessions.
9. In two-person lessons, makeup sessions are unnecessary. Instead, we assess the amount of missed instruction time for each participant and schedule additional individual sessions accordingly.
